You retain full ownership and control over any data you submit, store, or generate within Dashboard A.I., including but not limited to:

  • Personal Information (e.g., Name, Email, Phone Number)
  • Client and Lead Data

You have the right to request the deletion of some or all of this data at any time.

3. Requesting Data Deletion

3.1 Email Request

📧 Send an email to support@dashboardai.net with the subject "Data Deletion Request." In your email, please specify:

  • Whether you want to delete all or specific data
  • Your account details (Name, Email, Company Name) to help us locate your records

3.2 In-App Request (If Available)

If supported, you may submit a data deletion request directly through your Dashboard A.I. account settings. Follow the on-screen instructions to request data removal.

4. Processing the Data Deletion Request

After receiving your request, Dashboard A.I. will take the following steps:

  • Identity Verification: To prevent unauthorized deletion, we may request confirmation of your identity.
  • Review & Approval: We will assess whether your request can be fully processed or if there are any legal or technical limitations.
  • Data Removal: Once approved, we will permanently delete your data from our systems.

5. Data Retention in Backup Systems

Deleted data may remain in secure backup storage for up to 90 days. These backups are:

  • Fully encrypted (AES-256 encryption)
  • Accessible only for disaster recovery purposes
  • Automatically deleted once the retention period expires

6. Legal & Compliance Considerations

In some cases, Dashboard A.I. may be legally required to retain specific data, including:

  • Compliance with tax, financial, or regulatory requirements
  • Retention of records in response to legal investigations or court orders

7. Effect of Data Deletion

Before requesting deletion, please consider the following consequences:

  • Loss of Access: Deleted data will be permanently removed
  • No Recovery: Data deleted cannot be restored once removed
  • Impact on Services: Deleting essential data may limit feature access
  • Account Termination: May result in account closure if essential data is removed
