Our Approach

We aim to resolve concerns quickly, fairly and professionally. If something has not met expectations, please contact us so we can review the issue.

How to Make a Complaint

Email hello@dashboardai.net with the subject line "Complaint" and include:

  • Your name and contact details.
  • The service or project the complaint relates to.
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Any relevant screenshots, dates, messages or invoices.
  • The outcome you would like us to consider.

Response Times

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and provide a response or update within 10 working days where possible.

Escalation

If more time is needed to investigate, we will explain why and give an expected update date. We may ask for extra information to help resolve the complaint.
