How cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are handled.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, please contact us as soon as possible. We ask for at least 24 hours notice where practical.
Project cancellation terms depend on the agreed scope, payment plan and work already completed. Deposits or payments for work already delivered, planned or started may be non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Ongoing services such as maintenance, AI support, automation support or social media management may require notice before cancellation. Any required notice period should be confirmed in your service agreement or proposal.
Refunds are reviewed case by case and may depend on the amount of work completed, third-party costs, software charges, setup time and any agreed cancellation terms.
